London Rental Flat 'Spruce Up'!

This business client had taken on a 6-month lease on a small flat in Kensington for him and his US Colleagues to use during the week. The Landlord would not allow for any significant changes to the property. With a limited budget and a lick of white paint, a new bed, some accents of texture and colourful soft furnishings, we were able to change what was a bland and uninviting rental flat into a more welcoming and homely bachelor pad.
